I find the chaos of the crooked signs and the "divided highway" to be interesting. The kitty is also adorable :) I feel as though she is looking into my soul.
Your images with the fence and the other patterns are very visually interesting; in general I feel like your strongest images are the ones where you focus in on individual objects such as the cat and the sign.
Images 1, 7, and 10 are my favorites. Image 10's use of pattern and yet dynamism due the strong diagonal lines is great! The varying gray tones behind the bars in this image add interest and also prevents the image from being too flat. Good job :]
Great use of contrast and focus on detail. The cat picture is one of my favorites. I love how you kept the background simple and black to make the cat really stand out in a dramatic way. He almost looks ghostly. I also love the 5th image because of how crisp and sharp the details of the plant are in comparison with the blurred background.

ReplyDeleteyou have such good images. I love the first one and how dramatically the sign pops out against the sky. and the way the sign is bent is kinda trippy
ReplyDeleteI agree I think your more successful images are the ones with definite black and white tonal themes. Really like the drain image and the stop sign.
